Trinidad & Tobago, Government, $1, 2-1-1939, P-5b, F-VF, earlier date, paper clip rust Earlier 1939 date of the popular $1 note with sailing ship in harbor at left and palm tree with sailing ship in harbor at right, denomination and date in the middle. Blue ink with multicolor underprint. Reverse with arms at center. Circulated note but still bright and retains a bit of crispness – there are multiple folds, wrinkles, soiling, a paper clip rust mark but a solid note with original paper – no splits, no tears, no pinholes, clear ink and nice wide margins.Please review all photos to determine condition for yourself – the note you see in the photo is the note you will receive.
