See the image. The gear tooth structure runs solid and deep into the gear body, resulting in the strongest tooth design. Gear tooth geometry is VERY precise and accurate for long life.This unique design is based on increasing the standard 5/8″ (0.625″) gear tooth width to 3/4″ (0.75″). This allows use of a wider 3/4″ gear to increase load carry capacity and gear life. Load capacity increases by nearly 20% more than a 5/8″ width tooth gear.
