So, I have decided to part with these. The diamonds are pave cushion set with gallery that allows diamonds to catch more light, Original butterfly backs aren’t available, but were replaced with backs that have a plastic disc that presses against back of the ear which helps make earrings lie flat on the ear. Backs marked SB. At time of purchase, her diamonds rarely fell below SI 1/2 GH & I didn’t buy diamonds that didn’t meet at least that standard. They measure about 1/4″ on each side, are lively & beautiful. Wear them as everyday, signature earrings & for formal occasions as well. .
