It is a smoothly shaped harmonica that is a great and ideal choice for beginners. In terms of tone and playability, it is identical to the standard Seydel Blues Session Standard harmonica; the sole difference is the cover plate colour, which on the Antique model has a bronze coloured ‘antique’ finish. Both the Session Standard and the Session Antique share the same construction as the more expensive Session Steel, with recessed reed plates and a modern cover plate design that extends smoothly to the ends of the harmonica.
