Such an outstanding and rare item! You can occasionally find something that is actually authentic offered for sale – but it’s very rare! This is your opportunity to purchase an item personally signed by the entire band! I had the good fortune of working on over 12 different PEARL JAM / EDDIE VEDDER tours. They did not stop to sign items very often and most times, once they entered the venue, you wouldn’t even see them other than soundcheck. They would leave hotels and enter and exit venues surrounded by management and security. Sometimes with friends, family or band members. Approaching artists for an autograph as part of the crew was extremely frowned upon and could get you into a lot of trouble and/or even fired. I had to pick my opportunities very wisely and it often involved a friend with promotion, production / band management and an expensive bottle of bourbon as a thank you. My very last Pearl Jam show was in 2018 at Wrigley Field in Chicago. (pass available for sale in a separate auction) and another a few years earlier in Chicago in 2016 at Wrigley (pass available in a separate auction). My very first tour working Pearl Jam was on the 1991 Tour. In over 3 decades, not once, did I ever see a bad show. Gifted musicians and incredible performers. Here is your chance to own a true piece of rock & roll history. I can’t decide whether or not I want to frame this piece for myself or simply get it into the hands of another TRUE fan. Undoubtedly, one of the greatest musicians of our time and who’s music speaks to multiple generations. I am going to offer this up for sale and in the event, it does not sell in short order, I may just pull it and frame it up to hang in my Manhattan residence. I wanted to simply give the buyer an opportunity to frame this in a manner they personally see fit. ABOUT ME: I worked in the live / touring music business beginning in 1986… over 3 decades. In that time, I amassed a collection of items like no other and am now offering a small portion of my items to the public. What you are bidding on is an item that was actually signed by the band / artist, and it is as real as it gets (unlike most of what I see online). If you are looking to purchase something authentic – here is your chance. It will pass any authentication process you wish and is as rare as it gets. I went so far as to literally catalog everything I collected at a particular promotional event or concert and going so far as to keep an actual journal for over 30 years with meticulous notes. I look forward to finding good homes for these pieces… It breaks my heart to sell, but I must part with some of them as I have literally run out of storage and refuse to rent a larger unit. All of these items have been stored in a temperature-controlled storage facility and the framed items were custom framed by a professional framing company to museum quality standards using Acid Free materials and UV / Museum protective glass.
