Masterpiece Gallery “Too Cute” Doll By Cindy Marschner Rolfe. Limited Edition #1900. 1998. Artist’s personal signature mark in 14K Gold on back of neck. Porcelain head, arms, legs, feet, and hands. Pink dress with white ruffled lace. White socks with white ruffled lace and white bows attached. White shoes. White faux pearl necklace. Blonde hair and hazel eyes. White sitting stool. My research shows that this doll originally came with either a white or pink boa, pink foam hair curlers, and a white wicker sitting stool. The shoes had pink rose appliqués attached. It also came in a box and included a certificate of authenticity. This item does not contain the certificate or packaging. There is a stain on both the inside and the outside of the bottom hemline of the dress which appears to be glue. Small stain on the side of one of the shoes. Very limited amount of wear on bottom of shoes. There is a snag in the fabric of the dress which is barely noticeable. No chips, cracks, or breaks in the porcelain portion of the doll. Some small chips or peelings in the paint on the sitting stool. Overall, this doll is in good condition and appears to have been used for display rather than for play.
