This extremely rare 1980 Aria Pro II PE450 electric guitar is a true gem for any guitar enthusiast. Featuring a hollow top with no f-holes, this guitar has a unique body type that sets it apart from other electric guitars, with a Solid Mahogany Body and a Arched Laminate top That Creates Tones like No other! The brand name Aria is synonymous with quality and craftsmanship and like all early Aria Electrics was made in the Infamous MATSUMOKU FACTORY in Japan, making this guitar a great addition to any collection. This unheard of version of the PE450 has a very rare set neck (this model is Normally a Bolt-on with a Brass Bar type plate holding the 2 top bolts with the Long Tenon Screwed to body under the neck pickup) My research shows Guitars like these with these type of Stellar Upgrades were made for the Artists who endorsed them! These T-top pickups are made from 4 different Bobbins (no 2 alike) and are numbered 1 thru 4 Even numbers for the Neck PU and odd for the Bridge PU. These Killer PUPS are spaced differently to accommodate the Taper in the strings Wider at Bridge and more narrow at the neck! THESE JAPANESE MADE T-TOPS HAVE ALNICO MAGS AND PRODUCE A POWERFUL FULL TONE THAT MEETS OR IN MY OPINION SURPASSES THEIR USA GIBSON COUNTERPARTS!
