eBay Hello ! Up for sale is a super terrific electric guitar from Kramer….the Baretta Special ! Soon as you start taking this baby out of the box, you can tell it is special ! Get your love of the “Blues” on, because right off the bat, you see how gorgeous this axe looks ! Play acoustically, and you can already tell that it will be a fun experience once you plug her in. The neck is a little wide, which makes it just a slight bit uncomfortable for my little hands to play. But for the droves of you guitarists who like a wider (not necessarily chunkier) neck, this guitar is just the ticket ! During testing, I didn’t notice any sharp frets or any glaring fretwork deficiencies….just excellent for this price point ! As a matter of fact, I was AMAZED at how smoothed and rounded the frets were! Great job Kramer, great job Indonesia ! Plug this shredder in and you immediately see what she’s made for ! The simple 1 humbucker 1 volume configuration, as well as the superstrat body just screams 80’s arena rock and metal ! Channel your inner EVH or RATT with this gal ! And like your 80’s heroes, you can turn down the volume on this guitar and it just cleans up very nicely ! This guitar LOVES the crunch ! Man, it is SO made for overdrive and distortion. Looking for THAT sound? (You know, the “brown” one?) You might want to include this guitar in your signal chain. We have also tweaked the bridge saddles ever so slightly to lower the improve the string height and action (even though it didn’t really need it out of the box) and we also adjusted the intonation so it is pretty much spot on. (Once again, we didn’t have to do that much.) But now it’s really got improved tuning stability! Speaking of which, it stayed in tune pretty darn well before the intonation was adjusted ! Finally, an added bonus on this guitar is the black nut! I didn’t have to hesitate to lubricate the slots with graphite shavings so that the guitar will stay in tune EVEN BETTER ! Can’t be confident doing that with a lighter colored nut. All of this work has already been done for you, so ….. We’ve got this thing now playing and sounding like a killer heavy rock machine that cannot be stopped ! A tad better than the stock ones, which were pretty impressive to begin with ! Get it now before someone else does. (Because you will not find this color available anywhere else as of 9/14/2020.) This guitar is BRAND NEW and has only been handled to have pictures taken and to be TESTED THOROUGHLY. Think of it as another layer of (discriminating) quality control by a gigging musician! So you don’t have to deal with the hassles of returns….unlike with the big box stores. It has not been modified …. truly stock. So it leaves it up to you, the buyer, to decide if you want to make changes to this guitar, or keep it it’s AWESOME original self ! Don’t make corporations rich….buy from the TRUE engine of the USA economy….the SMALL BUSINESS! Before shipping, we will clean/buff the body and back of the neck of the guitar with Clayton polish. Strings will be cleaned with string cleaner, even though they are brand new. And the fretboard will be conditioned with the same polish, as it is a light colored wood……So the lucky buyer can just plug her in and start rockin’ out !!!!!
