We use a CNC laser to cut all of our steel. Our process allows for less heat affected zone (HAZ) and will ensure the Body Armor and Steel Targets have enhanced longevity and edge durability. This Down Range Industries AR500 Level III ErgoLite Triple-Curved Advanced Swimmers Cut was manufactured for people who love the Triple Curve design and an exaggerated cut for awesome ergonomics.This plate features two bends towards the bottom to hug aroundthe body, and another curve on top to wrap comfortably around the upper chest. This plate features awesome ergonomics and is 17% lighter than most SAPI cut designs, and10% lighter than our original Swimmer Cut design and comes in at around 6.9 lbs! Description: • (1) ONE AR500 Level III ErgoLite Triple-Curved Advanced Swimmers Cut • Plate Sizes: 10″ x 12″ • Triple-Curved to accommodate natural angle of body. • Fully encapsulated Line-X Paxcon base coat to protect against corrosion, sweat, etc. ***Line-X Paxcon is the industry leading MIL-SPEC polyurea that is used in a wide variety of military applications, including the Pentagon!
