It is the 2008 American Flags 24/7 coil issue Scott numbered 4232 to 4235. The self adhesive definitive set is serpentine die cut 9½ vert. Phil Jordan designed the 42c coils and they were printed by Ashton-Potter USA (APU). The beautiful scenes feature our American flag flying in the breeze at different times of the day. Forty Two cents paid the First-Class 1 oz domestic letter rate for 1 year from May 2008 until the May 2009 rate change.
